1. Shipping Policy

 

At Andreina Pannacci, we are dedicated to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items sooner.

  • Processing Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

  • International Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Returns Policy

 

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Andreina Pannacci. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or a full refund (where applicable) under the following terms:

 

General Conditions:

 

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or perfumes will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: earrings, lingerie, and swimwear (if sold).

 

Return Process:

 

  1. Request: To start a return, please visit or contact us via our contact form.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (the cost may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error) and detailed instructions.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The funds will be applied to your original method of payment.
